Can't remove app from being fullscreen borderless

- This bug is Not related to compatability with a specific game
Summary
Added a window to the favourites, removed it and now the window stays fullscreen borderless regardless of what I do.
Steps to reproduce
- Install Borderless Gaming Admin
- Run it on PCSX2 by adding to favourites
- Remove the app from the favourites
