Always on top should disable the always on top functionality if alt tabbed to a different program

Is this proposal related to a problem?
When using always on top, you can't access taskbar nor any of the other programs running in the background.
Describe the solution you'd like
If you deliberately alt-tab to something from the game, it should remove the always on top. When you focus the game back it should enable the always on top.
