Auto-show / auto-hide taskbar whether the Window is in focus or not

Is this proposal related to a problem?
When you toggle "hide taskbar" on a specific game in your favorite list, it'll hide taskbar and make it completely invisible for the remainder that the game is up and running, which makes it difficult to access start menu and other things.
Describe the solution you'd like
Alt tabbing or focusing another window should make the taskbar visible. Basically whenever the game is not in focus, taskbar should be revealed, and if the game is back in focus, it should autohide the taskbar again.
