how do i minimize Minecraft when it's borderless?

Summary
i wanna have Minecraft be borderless, but if i do, then i can't access my desktop, since it's blocking it. and even if i do Win + F6, it just comes back to being borderless after a few seconds since it's favorited.
i could make it not favorited, but then i would have to make it borderless each time i start it. and even if i did, i would have to click Win + F6 then minimize it to go to my desktop, and then to bring it back i would have to go in Minecraft again and press Win + F6 again, which is just inconvenient.
is there any way to make this easier on me? any help is appreciated. thank you!
also it's kinda buggy aswell, it just doesn't even make it not borderless when i do Win + F6 after a little while of playing, and then i can only fix it by spamming F11 (the fullscreen key) to fix it sorta, it's really funky
please help, i don't know if there's a discord server or somewhere that i can chat live instead of github lol
