Summary
So for example if I have a 1080p monitor, and if I run windows desktop at 1440p, and then have a game in window-mode rendering at 1080p, the windowed game will be scaled on the monitor as if its rendering at 720p. When Borderless gaming scales the window to borderless full screen, is it stretching the 720p scaled window to the 1080p monitor, or is it taking full advantage of the 1080p render?
