mouse offset

can confirm this issue still in version 10 for multiple games when running in a NON full screen window

cuurrently im playing diablo4 on a 16:9 (3840x2160) 48inch oled. i am running in a window to create a more widescreen experience 3840x1800(fyi as widescreening in game gives u substantially a larger viewing POV) -

PROBLEM:--- the mouse offsets about 8mms or so and seems to be exactly the size of the titlebar and right border. when runnning the game and the BGW script kicks in and the title goes away, the ingame screen (the window CONTENT) SNAPS up to the top right position the title used to be.. but the game mouse position stays as it should. surely there is a way to prevent this snap from occurring, or another work around.?

it does not seem to happen when the window is in fullscreen ??

i have seen another border removing tool mention the following, that may help? probs dead end thou:

( using 0xcf0000 and 0x20301 work best for hiding borders in fullscreen multimedia windows, but might cause graphical UI weirdness when applied to regular windows. For regular windows the values 0xcb0000 and 0x20300 are recommended instead. ) - - i have no clue if this is at all a solution and have no clue how to implement it even if it might be related... hoping someone smarter might be able to confirm?

after digging i found what i believe is possibly all the same issue from older posts.
