Steins;gate mouse problem with Borderless gaming

So if you use borderless gaming with Steins;gate when your native resolution is higher than 1080p, the mouse becomes misaligned, and the cursor doesn't point where it appears to point. It has something to do with how the mouse cursor coordinates are computed by the game, I imagine.
