Can't upload files or directories

Whenever I want to upload files or a whole directory, the IDE appears to upload the files but at the end an error is shown:
The error message shows no more information. This is for the latest source code (latest commit 8d1a79c)
It seems that this only happens if the files are uploaded to a directory with a different user owner. Still I will keep open the issue as the error message should probably inform the user about whats going on instead of just "Error: 500:"
