Cannot receive e-mail from 'pod trunk register'

Hey guys!
This ticket #465 is going to be done or almost done , so we decided to create new one because the reason is probably different.
We got couple of e-mails from pod trunk register to devs+ios@tpay.com and then - email stops.
We don't have any logs of about trying to deliver to our infrastructure. We tested couple other mails with labels - they work perfectly. Also we can still receive mails to devs+ios@tpay.com from other servers (gmail, outlook etc).
