My ex colleague left the company and he was the sole owner of some pods. Now, his account is deactivated and we can't add new owners, what can we do?

@orta Hi, I'm guessing that since the email of the owner was deactivated, it has gone to your blockList, now I have activated that email: almas.adilbek@btsdigital.kz , could you pls help removing it from blocklist if it's there?
