Not receiving email for pod trunk register

Hi,
I'm not getting CocoaPod emails for wrigney@deloitte.com.au when using the pod trunk register command
Earlier this year, the owner of one of my company's Pods left without transferring ownership.
I submitted a Dispute request about 3 months ago without a response.
Recently I had their email address re-enabled so that I could transfer the ownership that way but I'm not getting any emails from CocoaPods.
Looking at other issues, it seems like the email might have been blacklisted by CocoaPods because it was previously disabled.
Can someone assist with removing it from the blacklist?
