No verification email received when using pod trunk register

I've submitted claims for a couple of repos: yoti-doc-scan-ios & yoti-doc-capture-ios. I haven't received any response from the claim. I've also commandeered an ex-employee's email address and performed CLI registrations and haven't received verification emails for this process too.
Is there any other way to re-claim a repository and what sort of turnaround time is expected of a claim?
