Unable to receive the register email for a specific email & Claim turnaround time

I submitted a claim about a week ago for HSAttachmentPicker. When we didn't hear back so we mirrored the steps in #137 of activating our former colleagues email and trying to register a trunk session with them. We haven't been able to receive a registration email after numerous tries and waiting about 6 days.
Any ideas how we can get this resolved?
