Please add the build_setting OTHER_SWIFT_FLAGS to the constants of BuildSettingsArraySettingsByObjectVersion (https://github.com/CocoaPods/Xcodeproj/blob/master/lib/xcodeproj/project/object/helpers/build_settings_array_settings_by_object_version.rb)
