RCML nullref spam: containerModuleIndex

[OrbitalManeuvers]

showing the PAW starts nullref spam that persists until part is destroyed

cfg has:
containerModuleIndex = 4

ModuleScienceContainer is at index 6

I think the SheLab had this issue too, and you guys fixed it by moving the ModuleScienceContainer to be first, and then used 0 for the index
