syslog support can cause a crash if misconfigured

If "/dev/log" does not exist, the default transport options will cause a crash due to https://github.com/okeuday/syslog_socket/blob/9c6baa02a0a656df81297e9fb61c90a38670f156/src/syslog_socket.erl#L626 . It shouldn't be possible to crash when syslog is misconfigured.
