installation on M2 Monterey, can not open dmg app

I can not open dmg in the official download mac os link :https://www.simulation.openfields.fr/index.php/cloudcompare-downloads

I meet this issue below, and the application remain not open

Hello, Do you get a message when you try to open CloudCompare? Maybe a console log if the app crashes?
It's also possible to launch CloudCompare from the terminal with:
CloudCompare.app/Contents/MacOS/CloudCompare
and get some messages on the terminal.
Your processor (arm64 M2), and OS (12.7.2) should be OK with CloudCompare 2.13.0.

thx, if I put the app in desktop and click, it can be opened as below

But when I put it in finder/application folder, it can remain opening state as below, as the most right icon below in snapshot image

Thanks again, at least I can open the CloudCompare App (~ _ ~)
