As a bioinformatician I want a command that exports a case (database entries + files) from prod to stage. Currently, I first have to copy the database and then manually copy the case/sample associated files to the directory structure.

  • Additional information.
    Having a command like cg checkout case could be a first step towards restricting access to the production samples for developers. CG could then also log which user checked out which case for auditing purposes.
