Description
Describe the problem/suggestion
enjoyedgrub and qualitynarwhal failed on picardtools. Seems like its looking for /home/proj/production/rare-disease/references/references_12.0/twistexomerefseq_10.2_hg19_design.bed.
This issue is a showstopper for MIP analyses.

Seems like the someone updated the bait set and forgot to add twistexomerefseq_10.2_hg19_design.bed to the reference folder.
