Restricting special characters for case name

Describe the problem/suggestion

When running cg add case one should not be allow to use special characters, especially brackets(), in the case name. This causes the rsync jobs to fail during raw data delivery to Ceasar.

Check case name for special characters.

This can be closed when the script cg add does not except special character in the case name, and the user is informed of this error in a clear error message.
