Describe the bug
User accounts do not have permission to add comment and classify QC.

To Reproduce

  1. Set up Bonsai and add a few samples
  2. Create a user account with the CLI
  3. Go to a sample
  4. Make a comment and try to classify the sample QC

Expected behavior
An user should be able to comment and classify sample qc
