Invalid URL in samples tables when hosting Bonsai under a different route

Describe the bug
The URLs linking to samples in the sample tables are not valid when Bonsai is hosted under a root different than "/".

I Bonsai is hosted under the URL, /bonsai

Then the generated URL is: http://loaclhost/sample/11mt0500103_180607_nb501697_0060_ah33mnafxy/

It should have been: http://localhost/bonsai/sample/11mt0500103_180607_nb501697_0060_ah33mnafxy/
