dont uselessly refresh at top/bottom of filelist

currently when pressing k at the first item or j at the last item a refresh is still called, this is not needed.
theres a lot of edgecases not mentioned here:
- theres a lot of different ways to move about, not only
j/k, this means most sensably you'd check for 'changed scrollposition' - checking for changed scrollposition means handling a bunch of edgecases regarding resizing and redraws
due to the lack of a straight forward solution I'm closing this for now, if it poses an issue later on I'll figure something out
