Points not appearing in points selector

Issue: On some of the strategies if the points section is yellow and you pick an option from the dropdown menu the point does not appear in the point section- however it does add it to the total score in the banner

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to any Step in the application
2. If the points area is yellow on a strategy choose an option from the drop down
3. The points for that option does not appear in the points section

Expected results:
The points for a strategy should appear in the points selected area on a strategy when chosen from the drop down menu or checked.
