The scraper for CMSD needs to be updated.

Hey, I got a start on this-- it's scraping names, dates, times, and links, but I didn't get into the agenda pages where the location and description details are.
2022 Update: This is the calendar we want to scrape from. As of today, CMSD will start live streaming their meetings!
