Landscaping makes the Player who Landscaped Lag behind for substantial amount

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be Ingame with Friend
2. Landscape Tool (Smooth / High,Lower Terrain) a decent amount (We tried this on Snowmap only for now)
3. See on your Friendside have you Landscaping for a few minutes longer, although you actually moved on already and do other things
   (In this time you cannot press Play/Pause or Change Time anymore because of "Wait until all players are in the same time before changing things" Message
4. Wait a few Minutes (depending on Amount of Landscaping done) and it will sync up again.

Expected behavior
Landscaping should sync way faster?

Noticed this behaviour when we I looked at my Synced Cursor Behaviour over Friends Discord Stream
