Unlocking areas is not syncing

Describe the bug
Unlocking areas is not syncing. Is this an issue for anyone else? Looking through the code, it seems to be implemented, but it isn't happening for me.
To Reproduce
- Unlock an area on one client
- Notice it's not unlocked on other client/s
Expected behavior
An area unlocked on a client should then unlock on all other clients.
Active DLCs
- Natural Disasters
- Mass Transit
- Green Cities
- Industries
Active mods
None
Versions
Type /version into the in-game chat and paste the version numbers here:
- Mod version: 2104.134
- Game version: 5.6.7.3267
Closing this issue as I'm not able to replicate it.
