Request firewall access on Windows

I guess connection problems are often caused by the Windows firewall.
I don't know if there's an easy way to request firewall access. Otherwise we could notify the user that they need to add a rule to the firewall.
As tests have shown, this is already happening when hosting a server + should not be needed anymore when using hole punching.
