Save game download issue -> all schools removed

Describe the bug
When a friend joins and downloads the save, all school buildings get completely removed (no money refuned)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Build some schools
- A new player joins
- All unhappy faces, and school buildings are gone
Expected behavior
No buildings removed

This was my own mistake, I checked all mods and DLC to be compatible with my friends DLC, but forgot one asset pack.
But if it would be possible to check these mods and assets on join, it would be better than just 'removing' everything :)
