ARM64 (v8) support

Hi

I have a M1 pro macbook that is able to install and run pyats, but on my raspberry 400 with ARM64 processor (ARMv8) I couldn't install pyats and genie when are you gonna add support for ARM64?

Unfortunately, we don’t support raspberry pi yet.
