Function GetIdaDirectory not found

For IDA 7.1 on Windows 7. This is likely due to the update in the IDA Python SDK between 7.0 and 7.1. This prevents the whole plugin from working if the sigalyzer plugin is present. Not an issue if only the casc plugin python script is present
