Sync vertical scrolling

- Spawn two devices
- Go to http://jamesjoyce.co.uk/
- Scroll page horizontally
Expected result: page scrolls on all devices
Actual result: page scrolls only on active device
Browser-sync does not support horizontal scrolling for some reason.
