Being new at releasing application and krankerl, I’ve been missing the following information:

• What is krankerl sign --package and when to use it
• Explanation of krankerl package (the readme only talk about publish and mentions it publishes what was built with package so I assumed I had to use package first but was a bit in the dark)
• What is krankerl up ?
• What is the use of krankerl login --github and which scope does the github token needs?
• Same for kankerl version, what does it do?
• Assuming no to the following, but would have helped if it was explicit in the documentation:
  • Is krankerl able to create the certificate?
  • Is it able to register the application? Or to generate the needed signature for registration?
