NFTs don't appear upon initial wallet sync

What happened?
This is likely a long-standing issue. When loading a wallet for the first time, there are no NFTs. Upon reloading, NFTs appear.
Here are two screen captures of this happening. In both cases, the wallet db was deleted, so it had to be synced from scratch.
