persistent_menu postback suddenly stop working today

I tested my messenger bot today (27/7/2018) and found that postbacks that are sent from messenger android app not working but it works fine on PC.
Yesterday (26/7/2018), there was no problem while postbacks were sent neither from PC nor mobile.

UPDATE: facebook has fixed the problem today 28/7/2018
