Keep track of DB tables

I propose we create a wiki for the DB layout. That way we can see at a glance what the layout of each table is, and what each column indicates. It could be easy to get lost in the weeds otherwise.
Do we want a wiki page, or a .md file?
No preference here. Just some form of documentation
I'd prefer to use the wiki - if someone forgets to include the documentation in their PR, then they don't need to worry about resetting the window to add documentation or submitting a new PR, because they can just edit the wiki.
