We are not creating chaos (Plan for rise of terminator)

While main motive of chaosbot is to build something cool out of chaos, but most of the PR is based on changing or updating voting systems won't it be cool if we start to provide some intelligence to chaos bot.
the terminator is coming
My roadmap :
- Intigrate chatterbot to chaos bot (https://github.com/gunthercox/ChatterBot)
- make a front end for people to interact with chatter-chaos bot
- make a twitter Handel where chaos bot will tweet once in a week some random stuff
Goal : make a super machine developed by humans out of chaos
More chaos can be added to chatterbot layer and chaos bot can be made to learn intresting things
Rules :
- if you are adding any feature listed on roadmap plz reference this issue so that everyone else can know
- If you like the idea upvote the issue so that I can get some motivation to work on it 😁
Let's stop working on democracy and meritocracy and actually create some chaos and cool stuff
