"Clear All" on Fitting Tool should clear the Fitting ranges list as well

Clicking "Clear All" from the main fitting window does not clear the list of fitting ranges from the Fitting Ranges frame. It does remove the fitting ranges from the session, however.
Note: clicking "Refresh" removes the fitting range from the list.
