Find, build, and add a set of built-in templates for AAS 229 workshop

Find a set of templates with which to fit a SED. Scale the templates as necessary so that they will be fit in Iris without raising floating-point errors. Format the templates so that they can be read into Iris as a template library set. If necessary, distribute the templates with Iris.
The templates should follow a generic thread astronomers would likely use. For example:
- fitting the host and AGN components of a galaxy SED (e.g., Bongiorno et al. 2012)
- fitting a set of stellar templates to a star SED -- needs input from Rafaelle on a good stellar thread.
RD grabbed a couple QSO templates from Martin's 1994 paper.
