Create search component
Provide some customization options (with icon ~~, expandable~~ etc.)
Context dropdown below search ~~or Omnibar~~

Omnibar has been cut out for now. Either possible to use via Modals later down the line or not at all, due to not being a perfect fit for a web UI.
