Wallets

• CAIP-10: Specific account is BLS enabled
• Can signature be specific by app/contract on chain rather that protocol level spec i.e eip155
  • i.e. eip(bls):1 for bls vs. eip155:1 (CAIP-2 namespacing)
• EIPs would be need before a CAIP-2 namespace could be added.
• Smart contract wallet module/interface could be used in CAIP
  • CAIP(Wallet) or EIP(Wallet)
