Determine who has push access to the repository & add them!

I'd like push access to the repository in order to add the articles for which I am content manager.

(And also I'd like to be able to label issues in the issue tracker, although I realize this is a silly reason to request access privileges. I just love documentation.)

I'm not sure who else wants/needs access but they should be added too!

@JeffSpies, @shaunagm has my vote.

(labels are helpful! they would help point interested people to tasks that match their experiences and knowledge.)

Yes, labels are a great idea. Can they be customized to distinguish content
discussions from technical ones? Since we're encouraging the whole team to
follow the tracker, that would probably be useful to them.

@octern, done! I created a label called "content" and "tech" and came up with colors for them. If I made a poor name or color choice, please let me know or also fix it.

I also applied the labels to issues. One of them I labeled both since I think it would be about content and tech. The citation one. You may want to fix how I've labeled things.

I hope I am not proliferating labels. If they turn out not to be useful we can remove them.
