Add photographer dashboard photoshoots' tab

Expected Behavior

The photoshoots' tab should have Upcoming, New, Pending, Complete and All photoshoot views. The views should use DashboardResult. The background, text and other styles should be similar to /dashboard/10/roster/current

Upcoming photoshoot structure. If the photoshoot is today, the button should be review, otherwise it should be cancel.

New photoshoot structure:

PENDING_INFO photoshoot structure. It should also show a line with Status: Pending images and waivers.
Rules:

• If the photoshoot survey has less than 25 images, then images are pending.
• If the photoshoot survey has no waivers, then waivers are pending.
• If images and waivers are not pending, show Status: Pending Final Review.

Complete structure:

All photoshoot view should display the structure depending on the state of the photoshoot.

Current Behavior

It's empty.
