discuss epoch sampling for confmat cells

We need to discuss strategies for handling cases when the number of epochs exceeds the available pixels (sampling problem)
@gfrogat Do you mean discussiong it in the paper or implement a solution in the paper prototype?
ideally both 🙂
I have to look into how the heatmaps are currently implemented and how we sample the data
