OAK-D video stream lags

When recording and analysing on-real-time with an OAK-D camera, the script shows the video on screen. This record has several seconds of delay. What's more, the detection boxes update quicker than the video itself, which makes it very hard to test the code.
Some use-cases of Depth AI have shown the use of OAK-D camera on-real-time, with little to no lag. Identify what fails in our code, and fix it.
