Allow STL Quality to Be Adjusted

CadQuery has the ability to adjust the deflection and angularDeflection settings for STL export, and those should be exposed in cq-cli though the outputopts argument.
@Irev-Dev has opened a CadHub issue to track this as well.
This is finished and is part of the v2.2 Beta 2 release.
