[bg] Bulgarian pulls down no data

How to reproduce
Using the version from PyPI:
wikipron bg
produces no output except logging.
Reported to me by @aryamccarthy.
Duh, this is because Bulgarian transcriptions are all [narrow] for whatever reason. Use wikipron --phonetic bg and you'll get the expected output.
