Public CSUA calendar + Event integration

Make a public facing CSUA calendar, and functionality for adding it your bcal on the website.
Shouldn't be too bad.
Stretch goal, add event integration with our facebook event, and set up automatic updates for discord and slack from the bot.
@royh02 is working on the integration with the slack and discord bot.
Probably update Location to be Location/Zoom Link + add separate event link
Make short blurb + Longer blurb
Automate a post from the discord bot one week before, two days before, and day of.
Look into making the announcement discord embeds look nicer
- Change start time, end time into a combined time range field when the event occurs in the span of 1 day
TODO: Need fix on a naive datetime object that is making Django throwing warnings.
