UnitFlagManager: Null-Exception

With the newest CQUI master (2017-04-10) I get the following Exception every turn-end:
Runtime Error: C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods\cqui\Assets\UI\UnitFlagManager.lua:1504: attempt to index a nil value

I was able to replicate this issue
I'm not able to replicate this. Are there certain steps I need to take?
They are only sporadic... one day yes, the other not...
