We have to update the modinfo

  1. There are new incompatible mods we (should) known
  2. Some of the mods get new Ids when published on Steam Workshop

Furthermore, we should work on some kind of alert mechanism for when incompatible mods are loaded (in my experience, the game doesn't actually respect mods you mark as incompatible). I believe there is a somewhat convenient mechanism for querying which mods are attached to a save-game, so comparing that against a list of incompatible mods and hooking it up to a popup window shouldn't be too difficult
